Regardless of whether or not players ask Egwu for help getting a date or if they tell him they're not interested in dating, he will say that most Hogwarts students start dating in their fourth year.
You will be able to pick one out of six possible date choices. Three of them – Merula, Tulip, and Penny are on the left side of the screen. You can find the other three – Andre, Talbott, and Barnaby on the right side.
- Best Answer: Hawthorn.
- OK Answer: Hornbeam.
- Wrong Answer: Horklump.
To get the eggs (which we need for our potion), use Harry's Carpe Retractum spell, but only after all four Doxys are slain. Make sure to keep your distance when fighting them, as they poison you if they hit you. And, of course, use the uncommon potion if you're poisoned.
A Doxy (otherwise known as Biting Fairy) is a small fairy-like creature, covered in hair with two pairs of arms and two pairs of legs. Doxies have two rows of sharp, venomous teeth.
Penny is one of the four characters (along with Merula Snyde, Andre Egwu, and Barnaby Lee) available as romance options for all dating side quests: Celestial Ball, First Date, Valentine's Day, Festival Fun, Valentine's Day Ball, and An Enchanted Kiss.
Merula is one of the four characters (along with Penny Haywood, Andre Egwu, and Barnaby Lee) available as romance options in Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery for all four dating side quests: "Celestial Ball", "First Date", "Valentine's Day", and "Festival Fun".
Number one, Ben is like Professor Quirrell from the first novel; a.k.a he appears to be nothing but a stuttering, blubbering idiot who couldn't hurt a fly but in reality, is an evil dark wizard.
If MC chose Penny as their date, the two went to Madam Puddifoot's together and agreed to keep their date a secret.
Who is R in Hogwarts Mystery?
R, also known as The Cabal, was an enigmatic and powerful secret society that was active during the 20th century and behind a number of clandestine operations around the world.
When the "First Date" achievement quest was released, some fans were disappointed that Charlie was not an option for MC's date. Others were glad about it as his lack of interest in dating supported the idea of Charlie being aromatic/asexual, which was already implied by J.K. Rowling (although not directly stated).

When Merula attempted to stop her from killing all of them, Rakepick used the Cruciatus Curse on her. This escalated the conflict, and Jacob's sibling pulled out a bottle of Garrotting Gas and smashed it in front of Rakepick, making her choke and Disapparate out of the room.
You would feel nervous, because you knew Rowan had a crush on Bill for a long time. Although, these nerves disappeared after the two of you had a really nice time on your date.
Which spell do I fear most?... | Avada Kedavra. |
---|---|
Which place do I fear most? | Azkaban. |
Which creature do I fear most? | Acromantula. |
Which poison do I fear most? | Weedosorus. |
Fairy eggs are considered a delicacy to Bowtruckles because even though they live in the trees where fairies lay them, fairies are very vicious in guarding their eggs and it is highly unlikely that a Bowtruckle will be able to steal any on their own.
Just like his father, Draco loved to hate on Muggles. He took particular pleasure in taunting Hermione Granger, who just happened to have Muggle parents. Malfoy called her 'Mudblood', a very grave insult referring to a wizard or witch born to non-magic parents.
#Trivia What does Draco Malfoy call Ron Weasley when they are standing near the Shrieking Shack during the Hogsmeade trip in the "Prisoner of Azkaban" movie? Weasel-Bee.
Albus Severus is the main character in "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child." He's the ugly duckling of the family, is sorted into Slytherin, befriends Scorpius Malfoy, and isn't good at magic. He's nicknamed "Albus Potter, the Slytherin Squib." Albus and his father have a tense relationship.
She is one of the few people to understand Gumball, whom she has a massive crush on. The feeling is mutual, but neither of them has ever had a chance to properly express their feelings, despite that it is clearly evident, that is, until "The Shell."
Who is Penny love interest?
She is the primary love interest of Leonard, who briefly dates her during the third season. This relationship is later resumed in the fifth season and culminates in their engagement at the end of the seventh season and their wedding at the start of season nine.
If you have Charisma level 7, you will receive 270 Romance Points. It is worth noting that you can go on a date at Madam Puddifoot's Tea Shop once every 18 hours. You can also spend coins to remove this waiting time. That was such a sweet adventure.
At the end of their fifth year at Hogwarts, Merula and Jacob's sibling end their rivalry and becomes friends.
She started her studies at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 1984, the same year as our Protagonist. She serves as one of the main antagonists throughout the story, but over time, she got closer to our Protagonist, and eventually, they became allies in pursuit of the Cursed Vaults.
You can choose to do so or not. This is perhaps the most important choice in the adventure. If you care about Merula and consider her your friend, it is highly recommended NOT to use Obliviate on her. If you don't really care much about her, feel free to pick either option.
Rowan's death struck the entirety of Hogwarts as an extremely painful event and their death was mourned by all of their friends, who found it difficult to come to terms with their tragic loss. In particular to suffer were Jacob's sibling, Ben Copper, and Merula Snyde, all of whom had watched them die.
While you can't become an actual villain, it is possible to wield dark magic and play as an evil wizard in Hogwarts Legacy. As it's an open world RPG you have plenty of ways to customize your character, choose your house and develop your magical skills and powers.
Rakepick can seem understandable, charming, ambitious, bold and brave when coming to teaching students at Hogwarts. But in reality, she is an sadistic, manipulative, cruel and unremorseful Dark Witch, doing everything in her power in order to find the Cursed Vaults for her associates "R".
Your Character as a Slytherin
Being a member of House Slytherin won't protect you from Merula Snyde's ire; she will hate you just as much as if you belong to any other House and will still work to undermine you. Character dialogue (sadly) won't change if your character belongs to House Slytherin.
While joining Gryffindor won't affect the story in any notable way, you may have more chances to talk and get to know your fellow 5th year Gryffindor students, including Garreth Weasley (nephew of Professor Weasley), Nellie Oggspire, and Cressida Blume.
Is Penny Haywood always a Hufflepuff?
In 1984, she began attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and was sorted into Hufflepuff. She became popular during her first year at school.
Skye was born as a member of the Parkin family, which was famous for Quidditch. Her ancestors founded the Wigtown Wanderers. Her father, Ethan Parkin, played for the Wanderers and was considered a Quidditch legend.
Merula Snyde (born c. 1973) was a witch who began attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 1984 and was sorted into Slytherin house. Merula often antagonised Jacob's sibling during their time in Hogwarts and remained a persistent rival to them throughout the years.
On his first day at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Theo is Sorted into Slytherin House, where he struggles to make friends.
For example, in Year 1, players have to choose between Ben Copper and Penny Haywood in one particular quest, and that choice may determine if players have a chance to romance Ben or Penny in future years.
Charlie is left-handed. Originally, Oseman had said that his Hogwarts house would be Ravenclaw, however this was later changed to Slytherin as she believed it to be a better fit.
Unfortunately, you learned that Merula joined 'R' to grow more powerful. Furthermore, she is even planning to convince you to do the same.
This put Rakepick in direct conflict with the protagonist and their friends, eventually leading to Rakepick killing none other than Rowan Khanna. Rowan Khanna's death in Hogwarts Mystery comes when the player is investigating the mysterious "R" character in Forest Grove.
Rowan aspired to become the youngest professor in Hogwarts history, but this dream was never realised as a result of their tragic murder at the hands of the Dark witch Patricia Rakepick in 1990.
The duel eventually resulted in the death of Rowan Khanna, who died to protect Ben Copper from being hit by a lethal Killing Curse cast by Rakepick.
Who does Merula have a crush on?
Upon meeting Jacob- MC's brother- Merula develops a crush on him that the MC can eventually confront her about where they're given the option to admit they're jealous of Merula's crush on their brother or not.
Rowan keeps her relationships pretty private, but she revealed she was dating Franklin Ayzenberg in 2018 and the pair were last seen together in 2021. It's unclear if she's single as of right now. Since then, Rowan has unfollowed Franklin on Instagram. So, it's unclear if she's single as of now.
Shape-shifting: Rowan has an animal form as well, which is a white-tailed hawk.
You have two options – Ben or Penny. As for the outcome of the story, there is not much of a difference no matter who you decide to bring, but keep in mind that you'll be able to raise the friendship level with the one you bring along. You will need to wait three hours before you can continue the story.
You'll know Felix Felicis as 'liquid luck', the potion capable of making any drinker lucky for a period of time, during which they will succeed at almost anything they put their mind to.
The Emerald Potion, also known as the Drink of Despair, is a mysterious potion which induces fear, delirium, and extreme thirst. According to Dumbledore, the potion cannot be penetrated by hand, vanished, parted, scooped up, siphoned away, transfigured, charmed, or otherwise made to change its nature in any way.
Herbicide Potion (or simply Herbicide) was a poisonous potion that killed or damaged plants. It had a disgusting taste and was not fit for human consumption, since it may have negatively affected the drinker's health. The recipe for this potion could be found in Magical Drafts and Potions.
In Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Hermione (with the acquiescence Harry and Ron) stole all the ingredients they needed (and could not otherwise obtain) from Snape's store. That included both the bicorn horn and the boomslang skin.
In order to conjure the avada kedavra curse, you have to want to kill your victim. We all know that Voldemort could easily kill a child without an ounce of remorse... but not Snape. Snape didn't want to kill Dumbledore, and this was why the spell was blue instead of the usual green.
The only words spoken by Snape in the moment are “Avada Kedavra,” which is the killing curse that ends Dumbledore's life. Dumbledore's death marked the climax of Snape and Draco's relationship.
Why did Snape call himself the Half blood Prince?
Family. Snape's family background is mostly shown in flashbacks during the course of the last three novels. Snape was born to Eileen Prince, a witch, and Tobias Snape, a Muggle, making him a half-blood (hence the name, "Half-Blood Prince").
- 4 Unicorn Blood Curses Anyone Callous Enough To Drink It. ...
- 3 Dragon Blood & Liver Are Justifiably Expensive Ingredients. ...
- 2 Collecting Fairy Wings Is An Unnecessarily Complicated Process. ...

Dolores Umbridge attempted to use Veritaserum on Harry the following year, but to no effect. In actuality, Snape had given her a counterfeit potion to protect the Order of the Phoenix, and Harry only pretended to drink it, instead dumping it in one of her plants while she was occupied.
Wolfsbane Potion
We see an unusually helpful Severus Snape brew this for Remus Lupin to help maintain his human intelligence when he changes into a werewolf.
Hermione is the brightest witch of her age, and she would be the first in the group to successfully transform into her Animagus form, a rather fitting fox.
The Tales of Beedle the Bard first appeared as a fictional book in J. K. Rowling's 2007 Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the seventh and final novel of the Harry Potter series. The book is bequeathed to Hermione Granger by Albus Dumbledore, former headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
Hermione was hit by a stray curse during an altercation between Harry and Malfoy, and her front teeth began growing out of control. Snape dismissed the curse as bearing no change to her appearance, causing Hermione to flee in tears.
Hermione explains that the hourglass is a Time-Turner; she has been using it all year to get to all her classes. Professor McGonagall instructed her to tell no one about it.
When describing the smell of Amortentia, Hermione blushes and won't reveal the third scent. J.K. Rowling has since confirmed that this smell is Ron's hair.
Notable potions featured in the series include the love potion Amortentia, Confusing Concoction, Draught of Living Death, Draught of Peace, the luck potion Felix Felicis, Pepperup Potion, Polyjuice Potion, Skele-Gro Sleekeazy's Hair Potion, and the truth serum Veritaserum.
